I have 2 One10's and they do sound good, but as I use a 5 string bass I only use them for middle to low volume gigs. My plan is to put less than 100 watts through each cab when I'm calculating how loud I can go. Even so 100 watts per cab still makes a great sound and my aim is to get a 3rd and then use the 310 for most of my gigs. With 3 cabs I think I can start pushing the volume more.

I use one One10 with Quilter BB800 at smaller gigs and band practice successfully. And I play 5 str bass.
i haven't tried it. it would definitely cut the mustard for your standard coffee shop jazz or singer songwriter backup just fine. maybe a small pub depending on your band.
...that said, its way louder than you think it should be.
While I like the natural breakup of the 10" drivers I feel that I need a bit more oomph than the 210 for clean volume playing clubs. The 410 seemed overkill. Really hoping a 210/110 stack nails it.
The 310 would split the difference. That vertical alignment would take a smaller footprint and get the top speaker closer to your ear. Sounds like the Goldilocks stack.
Got a question, looking around for a cab. Super interested here, despite the high price! For the One10, what do you guys run with as a power amp? I was thinking of using an ART SLA-2 and using one channel for it (200W)... does that make sense/work out? I wouldn't be under-powering the amp or anything? Furthermore, would using the ART's bridged 8 ohm of 560 be really bad and push it way too hard?

For the B3 Hammond players out there, it would be interesting to see a Barefaced version of a Leslie cabinet with rotary horn. I don't know if patents would allow this, but those guys' backs could use a break too.

its definitely a great combo. not sure what exactly "clean and warm" mean to you as they are very subjective words as we all know here. i would say the super compact is certainly "cleaner" since it doesn't distort as readily, and since it has way more low end, could definitely be construed as "warmer". i would say the 10's are more "punchy" and "growly"especially when you push them hard. but they're not un-"warm" either and they have a lovely "roundness" to them.
...yea i drank the coolaid. tastes pretty good.....
if you want a single cab , and maybe gig it too, i think saving up for a super compact might be worth your while. i think it also sounds a little more similar to an actual B15 portaflex cab. (but none of em hold a candle to that tone in my HUMBLE opinion)
i should add that comparing a vintage B15 and modern cab like Barefaced is sort of an apples to oranges deal. the BFs can handle ten times more power - not to mention weigh half as much. so when i say nothing compares to the tone of an old B15, i do mean it, but that sweetness and warmth and mature complexity (are we talking bass cabs or single malt??) are only available in a relatively narrow range of volume where its usable. and thats to say nothing of the schlep.
the BF cabs ( both varieties ) probably dont really reach their sweet zone until they're a good deal louder than where a vintage cab will start to fart out. so in all A/B living room sessions, there is this caveat... and thats to say nothing of comparing a pf20t to a 1966 B15n!

So earlier this week I posted here about some of my early concerns about the BB2 I scooped up recently. I had my first gig with it last night and I've got to say I should never have been worried.
I thought that maybe it wasn't used much or hit any high volume from the previous owner to break it in.
Boy was I right about that, the first set sounded real good, got the EQ and bottom end I was looking for. The second set blew me away, I touched nothing and it just opened up and had a fullness that was incredible. After the gig someone who has gone to virtually every gig I've played with this band said it was the best he ever heard me and agreed that the second set sounded fuller and cut through perfectly.
I haven't been this happy after a gig in a really long time. Waa so happy I forgot to even take a pic!

The sound from that must be Massive!
What I really liked about the first Dubster is that it had wheels. I've just about convinced myself to get a Six10....or maybe a pair of Two10s...it's quite the conundrum.
I was even reconsidering getting a Dubster 2 when I discovered it was no longer on the site. A sign, perhaps?

Definitely a sign. You should order a 610 pronto.
I'm still looking for a used one myself. I don't really need one. My SC keeps surprising me with how loud it can get.
