I don't like tweeters personally, so with the 10" cabs I find I can dial in plenty of high end for my needs/desires. I tend to go for slightly overdriven, raunchy tones ala a raging SVT.
I got my WD800 last Friday after preordering it from Sweetwater. I had a 40 minute set to play at an old theater with my Black Sabbath tribute band that night. I brought both the WD800 and D800+ (which I had been using since May) to run through my Four10. The D800+ never came out of the car. The WD800 killed with the Four10 cab....with the adjustable dampening it "felt" like I had a tube amp running behind me. And even without a bright switch, there is plenty of high end to dial in with both the treble eq as well as the adjustable parametric. IMO it is a great combo, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can coax out of it.
