Aguilar DB659 should sound great with it for some Rock stuff!

Aguilar DB659 should sound great with it for some Rock stuff!

No Reiner or Shaw, but yes, the 659 would rock for, well, rock! And the four program options on the FR800 let you choose between clean, deep, fat and vintage, for even more tone-tweaking fun!

Pretty sure the FR800 is a powered version of the BB2.

Super Twin arrived today! I think the name should be changed to BearMaced. For the short time spent with it, I'm loving it. However, the tube amp will not fit securely on the cab. I was hoping at least the feet of the amp would catch enough of the surface. Damn, now what?

I sit all my amps on foam. I started with my 400+. I didn't like the idea of all those valves shaking about.

I just carried it on with the SS and D class amps so I've never had the handle problem.

Mine do sit on an Auralex Gramma. Which avoids all potential top handle issurs as well.

Yes. Though I don't think anyone's ever done an accurate study of valve life with and without some kind of damping material under the amp.

I agree, but using foam has worked out well in my experience.
