Looks awesome Doug - thanks for looking after my future Fretless :)...:bassist:

So I just put the hangers up in my new basement office/music room this evening after work....this room is fully sound insulated and has a 8 x 2 set at the right height for hanging basses! For once I planned!!!

Here is the family!

That Natural JO5 look so good there! I hate to see it go.....

My kids were all at events tonight so my wife and I had a very rare date (alone).....during dinner she said that that was one of her favorite looking basses so I hate to see it go...but it has to!

Here is the entire family:

the "Patriotic" red white and blue (I did not realize it until I put them up there that they are red white blue!):

and the wood tones:

BTW - the hangers are the Hercules hangers that "grip" the neck...I felt the safest with those...GC only had 3 with the wood "bases" so 3 are wood and the other 3 have the std metal "base".....I staggered them for continuity!

Nice to see all of my basses at once and not have to constantly move them around!!!!

Enjoy!!!

So has anyone else checked out the sweet JO tone that Guy Pratt is getting on the Gilmour Live at Gdnask DVD on High Hopes? Absolutely stellar. Always loved his playing (not to mention being a massive Floyd fan anyway), so it's great to see him playing one of our beloved Lakies...

Here's another good example of the Lakland fretless tone on High Hopes, this time at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Very cool collection!! I'm jealous for sure.
