Ferg, I dunno how much talent some of them have now, with all the lip syncing on tour and the Pro Tools and Auto-tune in the studio. As for Idol, the whole thing's just not my deal. Can't stand Simon, and never cared for the Clay Aiken and Taylor Hicks types.

But please do disclose what you're ninja-ing about! Were you a Mousketeer? The unknown New Kid, maybe?:p

I have to admit the "Ring of Fire" version that Adam guy did was the best performance I've seen from that show, in my opinion.

I have 4-94 from yesterday!:hyper:

:bassist::bassist::bassist:

I'm not a huge blue bass fan, but that one is HOT!

Off subject question.
Does anyone here use a Genz Benz Suttle 6.0?
If so, with what cab?
I am re-doing my rig.
Sorry

I dropped you a PM on the LOG site. Here's a recap:

I use the 6.0 with a 8ohm Aguilar GS112 and it sounds great. I have GenzBenz 2x10 (also 8ohm) that I can throw under that if I need to go bigger (which I haven't yet...) or just want something different. The Aggie is just so portable that I usually use that. I have also plugged into a GK 4x10 at the rehearsal space with pleasing results.

I play along on headphones with an iPod alot when kids are sleeping and the Shuttle works great for me in that role since it has that AUX input. I like the bass/treble boost buttons on there as well as the overdrive and sweepable mids.

I had one with a GK 212 neo (in case you haven't seen my FS ad, lol).

I liked it as a portable solution, but probably not what i'm looking for tonewise. I am going full tube now, so i might be a little biased after i start playing the tube amp.

Wow, if I could move my Glockenklang Quattro 410 I might snap up that 212.
Why do people who use the Shuttles put "cushions' underneath like you do?

haha! i did that so it wouldn't go anywhere. I sincerely doubt that the vibration from playing would hurt the amp, unless of course, it fell off hehe.

I don't know why i did that, really, aside from the fact that it seemed like a good place to put it. :ninja:

I was looking at that 410, but i don't has monies right now. :hmm: I'll have to look at your ad again...i can't view the LOG forum from work, though. I'm looking at getting into a 410 cab or a 210 and 115 setup for this tube head i got.

lol let's meet up in Nebraska and do a trade! :hiding: you can bring my DJ5 after it's done at Lakland, too. lol!!
