I thin I found my new always on pedal! I've only had about 20 minutes to mess around with it, but this pedal does exactly what I want. I'm using it more as a preamp driver, and it does it perfect. I have the gain around 25%. Has tons of low end, and it gives me signal just the right amount of bite that I want. I have it hooked up to 18v for the extra headroom. I'll have to get a recording and share it when I can this week.

Also, I saw on the orange Facebook group that orange will be releasing a bi-amp bass pedal that is designed around the ob-1 preamp.
Where did you see this? I just scanned through all the posts since before Christmas and couldn't spot it.
Wow! Thanks for posting that. I am quite excited as I loved the Bi-Amp sound of the OB1 but just didn't gel with the cleans so I grabbed the AD200 instead.
here is my EQD monarch through my terror bass v2. First is no pedal, second is gain at 25% with bass around 3 o clock, and treble around 11. third is 50% gain, then 75%, then 100%. bass and treble remain the same throughout.
My favorite is the gain at 25%. I just want the pedal for slight breakup tubey goodness, and it excels at that.

They are called barefoot buttons. I LOVE them. I'll get some more clips up tonight.
here's some sloppy noodling through my Rickenbacker style bass, with the monarch through my bass terror. First is clean, then chorus, then wah, then both.
I have an Orange Crush 25, it's a solid little amp, love the size, as I take it to 2-3 ukulele jams a week. Surpasses by far a friends rumble 25, that thing rattles and buzzes. Can I get a number?
I tried the Thunderverb 50 of a friend with Bass, it sounded great, even through a Guitar cab. SO after lots of consideration, I finally pulled the plug on a Thunderverb 200...
Then it turned out to be a scam, now I am an amp and 900€ short

Congratu-oh man, that sucks. If I may ask, what was the scam? Others and myself could hopefully learn from your experience.
It was a classifieds ad. It was a bit far from me, but they offered shipping and a case, so I went for it. Really dumb from me actually, I was blinded from GAS i guess.
I can't properly "like" that, but you have my sympathy. Sorry to hear that, but hopefully you'll have your fun money up to a proper level soon
