Pickguard for Candy Apple Red with Rosewood?

    I thought about dark tort but didnt like the idea.

    This is my P, who's injured at the moment. She needs a Pickguard replacement, and I figured I might make it look its best.

    I nearly exclusively use DR Blue Peacocks.

    So far I'm thinking White Pearl.

    Open to ALL suggestions :)

    Oh and Also, I might be putting a Delano J/MM in the Bridge.

    Anyone know what a Metallic Red Pickguard or the same color as the bass (nearly) would look like?

    well... if you're not into tort, go white pearl... superb. Nice bass skip.

    IMO, it's either an aged looking parchment or mint green that looks best on CAR with rosewood. Jeannie pickguards will make whatever you want.

    Just like Black + Black, I wonder what CAR + CAR would look like with rosewood ?:eyebrow:

    EDIT: Actually, I was considering putting a Di marzio Split P in there, which is already white. That might work

    mint or tort... but I would have gone for tort(had a bass with that combo, wow looked nice!)

    I like black pickguards on CAR with rosewood necks. It looks sharp.
