I feel very blessed. I think this has been a long time coming. Finally a lot of things came together very rapidly that put me in the position I'm in know. Sometimes I'll be out in the shop thinking to myself, "I can't believe I'm actually doing it". I know I still have a long road ahead of me, but I feel like I'm really focused and I really want this to work. I really love building and hope the fire stays lit for a long time.

Congratulations on the hard work and success Bud!

you rock man, keep up the good work. I'm sure you have a very bright future ahead of you.

(I can't believe I started that headless before you did and you're almost done!)

Thanks.

This is my job now. I should have been done weeks ago. I've still got at least one more round of clear to shoot on that bass. The cold weather is seriously holding up the show....and a couple of NAMM basses.

I like the way the bottom of the neck heel follows the countour of the faux pickguard! It's little details like that one that set you apart from the mass-produced masses.

+1, further authentic evolution of the progressive master luthier. I asked if he would cover up (veneer) the front heel stripes and he raised me one on that detail.

Bud is in a long term "zone" now IMO. I doubt any will catch him from here.
