Nothing exciting for mine. When I signed up for TB, I used my email ID - less to remember (and yes, you can email me at [email protected] if you really really want to). Didn't occur to me that TB would become part of my daily routine and I should think of some clever musical ID for it.
At the time I signed up for the yahoo account, I was working on my dissertation, and Hrodbert was how my medieval Latin sources spelled the name of St. Rupert of Salzburg, who is fairly prominent in my work (along with Ruppert and Hruodperht and other variations). He arrived at Salzburg in 696 AD, so... since I didn't want to use my own name/birthday/whatever in my email address, I went with ole Rupe and the year his career hits the history books. Hrodbert696.
