I work at a car Dealership for a Japanese luxury brand name. The have an employee lease program where the dealership and the manufacturer will both contribute up to $200 each towards the monthly lease payment of one of our new cars. You still have to have good credit and must have worked here for 2 years. You also get paid that money so tax and deductions apply to the money that is contributed and you have to pay tax on the lease payment.

Back in March of '18 I was ready to turn in my current lease and re-up. I had picked out a white vehicle. I checked back with the sales manager a few days later and they sold the one white one so I had to get a black one (there was a great offer at the time that wasn't going to come up again, no money down and $375 a month on a $34,000 vehicle).

So next time you think you've got it rough go ahead and think of my story and that outta give you some perspective.

The column is nullable... the problem is in C# calling a stored procedure, and I can't assign DBNull.Value to a DateTime object. Ugh, first world problems!

Started to organize all my tool boxes in the garage.

Found my Dremel (have been searching it for months).

Problem: Wifey bought me a new one for Christmas. (a copy )

Good: Both are green! I can use the real thing and she won' t know!

Better: Now that the garage is more organized, I will easily find a place to hide the new one!
