Another 51 RI. This one is 1991, and is really a sort of transparent Ivory/Yellow. A very nice bass that has satisfied my desire for a '68 Telecaster!!!

I like them....the snow one is the one that makes me CRINGE!

Yipes! I wish that was the worst my basses have seen. They get thrown in the trunk of car and driven 100 miles (round trip) each week to band practice in my trunk bouncing around with tools. That doesn't count driving to and from my other local band's practice.

my ´54 precision (sting)

changed pg (pearl), added bridgecover and strung it with flats. i like it (except the sting-inlay). my girlfriend say´s it look´s kind of gay becuse of the pg

This is THE LOVE of my 4-stringed Life - my 1968 Fender 'Carl Radle' modified Tele-P bass like he used with Delaney & Bonnie Bramlett, Mad Dogs & Englishmen, Derek & the Dominos, Leon Russell, Buddy Guy, John Lee Hooker, and others. I had it made from most all 1968-70 original Fender Tele Bass parts and Lindy Fralin's vintage 60's pickups. What a doll she is.

I can't really say for sure .... but I just saw a quote by him stating it's a '54.
Doesn't make it a '54 though I guess.
