I could probably squeeze one on there, not really a necessity for me personally. I just run a Korg GA-40 out of the tuner out on my amp. If I put anything else on there in the long run, it will probably be a Compulator.

I could probably squeeze one on there, not really a necessity for me personally. I just run a Korg GA-40 out of the tuner out on my amp. If I put anything else on there in the long run, it will probably be a Compulator.
I see a Meatwad (filter), Ultron (filter), OS (synth), Eventide (delay), HOG (pitch shift), sansamp, eq, PS-3?....Don't know what the T.C. is though.
The Octavius Squeezer has an onboard tuner.
It does, it's a bit strange though, and really any dedicated tuner is much better and easier to use.
Yeah, for the money it's a fantastic octave. However, the octave down on the whammy model of the EX-7 is a lot more natural sounding, so if space becomes a concern, I may drop the Chili Dog.bassman1185 - you dig the danelectro chilidog octave as well?it's got a really weird growl to it, but i only use the one octave, not the second one. unfortunately it doesn't like tracking very well below about g#, but it will eventually pick up if the note is played right...
Well, I meant to post this earlier. I set up this pedalboard, and then 3 weeks later my band broke up. So now its all moot. I'm now back in the studio for my electronic group, and the board is completely torn apart again.But anyways, here it was while it lasted. Sorry for the dark first image. The lighting in that room is so weird.

Some really nice boards here. I've learned a lot reading this.
Version one of my very first board.
My primary use is for live looping - first performance (festival) this Saturday.
Right now there are 2 DL4's (one borrowed) so I can use one as a dedicated looper and one for the great delay options.
One DL4 (the one on the right) is in a separate circuit from a mixer so I can loop bass and mic inputs.
The other signal path goes loop/bypass->FX25->CE2->DL4.
I will be adding a Compulator between the FX25 and the CE2 soon (hopefully later this week if the postman is quick and clever).
I got steamin' deals on all the pedals, which is always nice for a cheapskate like myself

You know, a lot of people like the Ultra Fuzz, but it's just not quite doing it for me. I only really use fuzz when my band goes into big, doomy breakdowns, and the Ultra Fuzz is just not quite apocolyptic enough sounding my my tastes. I would put my Russian Big Muff back on my board, but it eats up so much space that I can't afford to. Eventually it will be replaced with a Bass Big Muff. I have also been pretty impressed with the Big Muff distortion model on the EX -7, so I may end up trying that out. I haven't had a chance to try my new layout through my rig yet, so I'll have to see how it all works in a band situation this weekend.Ultra Fuzz =
Yeah, I watched Grygryx's "muff-off" a while back, and I really liked the Supercolider, but I prefered the BBM. I can also get one of those locally, which is a draw for me, and they're cheaper, which is another big plus.

the meatwad is great- but i also like having another- "bigger" envelope filter. the meatwad sounds more delicate/precise/articulate. i use it a lot at 90-100% wet- sounds wicked with a qtron+ after it (adds a lot of low end)- but the size/24v thing is causing me to look elsewhere (probably maxon).
i like the meatwad as a foot-controlled wah a lot- very tweakable. once im able to toggle dynamic/expression control itll be perfect.
im also curious about the modfactor- specifically the ring modulator and chorus/flanger. if it can do those 3 well- with the expression control- itd be pretty appealing. for some reason i dont expect much from the envelope filter on it- but i could be proven wrong.

how does the sound of the italics p90 sound to the square letter one? i own the square letter one, got it for 45$ at a pawnshop (A STEAL!) and i love it, just edged off of maximum for solos. great leslie effect.
i've always been curious about that bbe pedal...
there, i cleaned things up, added in my volume pedal, and lost the dod flange. anyone know of an envelope pedal similar to the fx25 with better switching, or am i gonna have to frankenstein that pedal too eventually when the switch dies?

So I'm slowly starting to build up my pedal collection (funds willing). I don't have a board yet or enough patch cables but this a rough picture of my layout.
I'm thinking the FX-25 might get replaced with a different filter as my L2K distorts the input like crazy unless I play at a barely audible volume. The Big Muff is also in question, not for sound issues but merely for quality reasons. I'm also thinking of adding an octave of some sort soon if I can find one I like.
Oh and to also note my Vox is heavily modified to be bass friendly.
