I left Charleston before I was 6 months old, sorry, can't pin that one on me!
I moved to NOLA at the age of 6 years, having lived in Scotland, Spain, and north FL in the time between, and remembering all of those places fairly well (I'm odd, I can remember in great detail back to the age of approximately 2 years old).
I consider myself to be FROM Louisiana, because from 6 to 21 that is where I lived.

You know who you are. Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
We have huge open fields, horse racing, tractor pulls, just the freedom of being outdoors here is a magical experience.
We have Pasties and the deer up here can top 200#.
I love socal with all it's benefits and faults.
