yeah, it's still going...NOBODY'S sent me anything! But then again, I've not gotten off my ass either. Please, folks, if you still want to do it, let's get to it.

If anyone thinks the chord prog is too hard (it *is* difficult, but worth working on...lots of meat in there), I'd be happy to do another backing track....took me like an hour to do the last one.

I totally drew a blank on that backing track. Kudos for you for making it but I couldn't dig it. Here's a suggestion: maybe redo-it with just a drum track and piano. I don't know about you but it's a lot easier for me to solo over a straight groove than a beat with too many accents. It makes you want to play the accents and there's just too many to really break loose from....<p>

I'm interested, but I would have to record my part with a 4 track and then convert that to the computer. Would that work or am I SOL?

I'm not exactly the greatest player in the world, but I don't think I would completely ruin anything.

I really was desperate as I had to say I can't go on with this, but now my problems are gone.
Perhaps I can try to write a simple backing track with drums, bass, some violinos and organs, and then send the Mp3 to Mr Pacman.
What do yo think 'baut?
I'm not a great solo-man, but I can do good arrangements.
