PYPB 37: In a row?

oof. as always, Panther just has the imaculate ridiculous awesome stuff DOWN.

so purrrrrdy. and intimidating.

I'm seriously anal about this stuff... Not very rock and roll. Just bought some little cable/wrap tidies to properly isolate the audio cables from the power cables and because I think they would look 'nicer' than my cable tie approach.

I even have a bloody paint brush in the studio which I treat as a little feather duster to brush of the pedals every so often... Sad ain't it!

Yeah, Panther's board is an inspiration and intimidation.

Since we're sharing blunders: I rewired my board, and then spent like 30 minutes hunting out the one mono cable that wasn't sending the signal to the amp... Long story short, I never had my guitar plugged in. Plugged it in, all cables were working just fine.

So, yeah, kinda embarrassing... So don't be too hard on yourself behndy, we can't be spot on all the time. :smug:

i'm still moving things around, bought an ehx freeze and love every minute of it. Added back my sd-1 for more of a boost pedal before my fuzz. Just bought a tall font russian muff so it will be replacing the bass big muff and I should be set...I do miss my wah though. Getting ready for my first show here coming up.

They're two different pedals. The Phat Phuck is a boost and while there is some tonal difference it's really minimal. Though, I thought I read you could adjust the trim pots but it isn't recommended. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

IMO the trim pot in the Phat Phuck is MEANT to be fiddled with... I tweaked the phuck out of mine and it yielded very tasty dirt. It offers up nice low gain overdrive that just begs to be left on all the time. The PP ended up pushing my Cream Pie off my board and onto the market place.

Goat products? Did I come at a bad time?

Here's my current board, still alot I'd like to add to it but for the next month or so this is it:

The painted one is a Rat Tail, still messing with the order.

Cool paint job, who did that?? first one i've seen not set to no diodes!

Been playing for 25 years and just got my first pedal board!

Solid for a first board. do you always have the EQ on the VT set so flat?? great pedal. and the micro pog rulezz

This is what I was wanting from a parallel chain board. The DBD is now in a proper place as an overdrive (channel 1), while the Bass Ming-Rod (channel 2) gives me my fuzz sound.

With them both off, I get the pristine cleanness that is my Gretsch as EQ'd by the MXR. The Separate Ways is an A/B selector, so I can now keep both basses plugged in at once.

There is just enough room left for my future [sfx] Micro Screaminator up by the DI.

Thanks! Yes the VT usually starts there, and then things change as the night goes on.

I use the micropog only for the high octave. It loses too much of the clean signal and doesn't give the same punch on the lower octave that the analog MXR does.
