for sure homie! Taylor does crazy good work. if he put out an OD, you knew it was gonna be SILLY awesome. i'm probably gonna end up with one at some point. thing looks a BEAST.
oh jia. got to jam around with just me and my drummer for this project we're starting (it's... just us right now) for a couple hours tonight. not trying to fit into any other music going on, so i was stoopid loud with way too many effects.
woof. i might go to the M9's patterned trem for the save settings benefit if it gets close, but BK3 -> gated TAFM -> Oxide -> Goatkeeper is so much wobble Whahmp Whamp Wah-Wah-w-w-wWhamp just slamming into your chest. SICK.
then exp pedal rocking the Xero open and closed in the slow filter setting? MAN. **** a keyboard. low end anger slamming LOUD = GOOD.

Can't lie, Ben; I'm jealous. Would love to have the freedom to let loose with effects in my outfit. (Trying my damndest to make it happen more and more, though.)
I had a Sex Drive. I liked it, but I didn't fall in love with it. I had tried it to see if it could replace BOTH my Xotic BB AND my BBE Opto Stomp in one small box. It probably could have, but I just liked the tone better from the BB, and I wanted just a little more compression than the SD was giving me, and it also cut a little more low end than I was willing to give up...

lulz. you guys do some good stuff though!
last band i was in was fun, but the singer played keyboard so it felt weird clicking on 7 pedals to get the bass to sound like.... a keyboard patch. ime, more interesting than the kyboard version would sound, but still.
i think we're going to just add a guitarist and singer, and i loved being the main melodic instrument in the last thing i was in, but i'm really looking forward to having somebody to write against and be able to lay back a little some times in songs.

Looking forward to revamping my pedalboard setup and posting pics! Got a 3Leaf Fromel Proton I want to get on a board, and also have a 3Leaf PWNZOR and Rusty Box on the way!

I put together a small (small for me that is!) board for an odd gig this week. It's a short set that requires some ballsy, overdrive pick playing as well as clean cello-esque sounds. This is covering it all nicely! Going with the Snark tuner to save pedalboard space.
Got my JHS Lime-Aid today. I really need to get a board some day. I just don't have a board because I'm not in a band. I have them all on a shelf and just take down the ones I need when jamming in my basement.
Once I get a band and figure out which ones I'll use, I'll setup a small board for that band. It'll either be the NYC Lunch Box, the NYC Six Shot, or the Pedaltrain Mini.

Hoping to go a 'little crazier' with a lot more dirt and filter through the Rusty Box on future recordings.
Let me know once you start getting some stuff down. Would definitely want to hear it.

Not entirely sure about a few things one here- the BYOC Delay is going to go soon, as is the broken slow gear clone next to it (works, but only in a very narrow setting). Also, not sure about the 00Funk (its in the classifieds). Thinking I might grab a looper next (RC-30, me thinks).

Those Flipsters are pretty sick. Mine's going back on the board in the upcoming revamp.

Damn, its such a hard spot to fill. Tone enhancement is so subjective to personal taste and everything else that makes up.the signal chain.
