i've played piano since i was 6 ... now at 60 , i'm working on my technique a bit to conserve motion/twisting ...
new exercises , w/different fingers and smoother 'thumb under' movements ... and i'm more cautious about everything i do .. i've always been fairly ambidextrous .. ( as i type left handed at the moment ) ...
not 100% sure what to do to help prevent more aggravation in the wrist ... if i use it a lot , or practice a good bit ... i'll put a wrist brace on for a while afterwards ...
and doing the strange/boring exercises for the other arm - tennis elbow ... !? i haven't played tennis since the 70's ... !!?? what the heck .? aging gracefully is getting tougher ...
!
thanks ...

" Given the clients I've worked on, there are many reasons I refer to tennis, golf and a couple of other sports as "self-induced whiplash", as they relate to the upper extremities.
