Except on the headstock?
I suspect that's just an identifier label for a replacement car part. Followed by the label identifier for a piece of high-end fishing equipment of unknown function. Pure coincidence.

When you take the piss you make fun of someone.
A piss take is a joke.
Hopefully in this case no piss was involved.

That isn't a relic. A good relic job mimics the natural wear of a bass. No bass wears like that naturally.I tend to like relics, but that is just terrible. Looks like it was done by someone who has never played a stringed instrument of any kind, or seen one played (for that matter).
Glad you have no problem with it, I'm sure everyone was waiting to hear what was allowedAnything Road Worn is terrible. Brands are just capitalizing on guys who want to look like they put in the years of effort and gigs with their main bass. I have no problem if someone wants to throw a road worn neck on their new bass for the worn in feel but everything else is just stupid.
The sight of that bass makes ya want to go to the pub, get a few pints and get bloody pissed I say! That bass is bloody awful.
There's my Brit saying for the day..
Unfortunately, alcohol does not have the same effect on basses as it does on women. The sight of that bass makes ya want to go to the pub, get a few pints and get bloody pissed I say!

Looks pretty normal to me.
