I'm not sure about "mind share" (what, are you Vulcan grygrx?) but I am intrigued and in agreement about the relative merits and penalties of "wider range" versus "more gradual sweep". Perhaps you can achieve both with a 10-turn pot?

So after having the pedal for a little while and messing with it everyday I have decided to have Mario do some mods. When I get it back I'll post new clips and let you know what Mario changed.

After having the Meatball and Mu-tron here to play with for a couple of weeks I think I like something in between them and while I could get something close with the Meat Wad it sounds like with some mods I could get just what I'm looking for......maybe.

I'm sure it will be a couple of weeks but I'll be posting when the pedal comes back.

Mind share is the amount of attention required by something and the time spent thinking about something. It can also refer to the development of consumer awareness about a specific product or brand in hopes that they will buy the product or brand. One of the main objectives of advertising and promotion is to establish what is called mind share, or share of mind.

When people think of examples of a type or category of product, they think of a limited list (referred to as an evoked set). Any product included in an evoked set has mind share. For example, if one is considering purchasing a college education, one has several thousand colleges to choose from. However one's evoked set, those that are actually considered, will probably be limited to about ten. Of these ten, the colleges that one is most familiar with will have the greatest proportion of one's mind share. Marketers try to maximize their product's share. Mind share can be established to a greater or lesser degree depending on market segment.

1. Each link has a clean track for a second before I click on the pedal
2. then a finger style playing
3. then a slap style
4. then with a pick
5. then with the B:assmaster and POG in front of the the filter.

The end of the Mu-tron track me playing through all three filters at once.

I spent the first hour thinking the pedal didn't worked while I turned knobs and flipped switches if you have the same problem let me know and I'll tell you where I ended up with the settings.

Your welcome. If I had more time/money I'd buy pedals nobody has tried and record them all the time. I wonder if I could some how do that without having to pay for the pedals. Like maybe I could borrow them and send them back to manufactures after I spent some time fiddling and recording.

Hello sirs.......

Well, I humble pedaler am here to announce that the MeatWad just got a lot sweeter. I spent the weekend (and at least one sleepless night) delving into the values and voltages etc, and after tedious part selection, some minor off-board changes, and a different op-amp in the follower section, I am fully satisfied............

The fact is that I never intended to spend so much time with someone elses circuit, but in the end I'm glad that I did.

PRS's is on it's way back for some tightening up, and Australia has a decision to make, But anyhoo......

Here are some quickie sound clips pasted into a single .wav(with guitar, but I bumped my low E down a bit for some of them....I think you will get the picture...)

These were fed directly into my sound card, so any resonance you hear is from the circuit itself, when playing through an amp, some of these setting would feed and wobble more......blah blah.....

Robot, just a thought, mebbe you should put a link to your site in your profile in case folks want to learn more about your stuff. And given this demo (and the response to it) folks probably WILL want to learn more about your stuff.
