For the "small" bass gigs I either bring the 400+ and Schroder or the V4 and the SVT810.

For the big ones its the 400+ or SVT (once I get it fixed) and the 810.

For the loud-raunchy big ones, its the 400+ and either the Schroder or 810 and the V4/Boogie cab

For the really loud raunchy big angry just me and a drummer gigs, its all of it... when I finish getting the material together.

For the guitar gigs its either just the V4/Boogie cab, or theat plus the 400+ and a bass cab depending on what kind of sound I want for the night.

Tom...

If I was a liberal Democrat, I would have to insist that you be forced to share your wealth... You just have way too much gear for one person to have... there are just so many others who are in need of some of your gear... :D

Well, then, you would be happy to know that I tend to do just that! There are a number of pieces from the Bowlus Bass Borg that are out there "on loan" to some highly trusted bass playing buds. :)

Tom.

P.S.
I also think of my numerous gear reviews/shootouts/comments as a way to "share the wealth" with people who have not had a chance to hear certain items.

Gibson Tbird or Fender MiJ 82' 57 RI through an Ampeg SVT 70's + Mesa 1516 ( Considering add a 2x15 ) or Mesa M2000

Nice T-Bird! :bassist::bassist::bassist: And I can tell you that a Thunderbird played through a older Mesa Deisel or Road Ready 2x15 is a thing of beauty and power!!! :D

what type of peavey quad is that?
Heath, it's the old 410B model from 1989. It was designed to be stacked on their RBS-1 bandpass sub, although it could be used standalone as well.

Kim

PS: email me if you still want/need the old Peavey logo...I got all twisted around and lost your address.

Just like to say that I really like your bass macahan:Dhows that setup sound?Iv only really heard guitar orange heads, how does the bass one sound through the ampeg?

Nickman very nice rig/s:D

thanx man!
It sounds very good.. though the ampeg isn't really that good.. it doesn't do the head justice.. The orange head has the best bass tone i've ever heard.. period.

check out this link for all my soundclips..
