Thanks. Yes, there is always one more thing, but overall I feel really god about my stuff, GAS, etc. Considering my past, I am in a way better place right now, and it feels good. I am concentrating more on just playing my one great bass, getting all I can from it, etc. It's such a great bass in tone, feel, looks, it has it all.

I'll be sure to report. I have played the head with my bass into a Baer ML-12 and I thought it sounded awesome. I was ready to buy one then but didn't really NEED it so I waited. I hear lots of good things about this rig - some from Roscoe players - so I'm pretty excited. It'll be good enough for home practice for sure. :cool:

Large/loud/outdoor gigs get the Genz Benz 9.0 and a Gigmaster Soundworks-built Greenboy design 15/6/1. Visit gigmaster_soundworks_v4_015.htm and the white baffle one in the middle of the page is my rig from 5 years ago (PRE - Pre Roscoe Era). If you guys aren't familiar with Greenboy design cabinets, set aside at least a half hour and enjoy that rabbit hole. I haven't played on any other cab so clear before. I wish I could have A/B'ed it at the GTG, but I'm too far away.

I built the 12/6/1 last year. A capable cabinet for sure! The last time I used it out was to do a live CD recording at a church. They had me set up near center stage and I had to turn it away from the lead AG, who had positioned himself in front of me, because he complained it was all he could hear! :laugh:

That being said, I'd probably be fine with the Forte head because I tend to run everything on the amp flat and tweak slightly from my bass....... Except when I play a passive bass.:)

Only 21 lbs on the TFunk head. I like a little weight. It makes me think that I'm taking something to the gig! And it won't vibrate off the top of my cabinet!:D

Lately, the shop has had a Trickfish Bullhead 1K + 2 of the 112 cabs, and I've been using it for a few gigs - all kinds of ass is kicked by this rig.

I should add, that with the WT-550, I am running an Epifani UL310 Series II and an Eden MBX210 for cabs, love them both for different reasons (the MBX is my middle finger to every live sound engineer that can't get a good monitor mix for the bassist :D ).
