What I like most about your photo is that you are hanging with two generations of the Roscoe clan, Keith and Kyle. Three happy amigos. Great day for sure!
How's the setup and tone?
My only suggestion would be to get those string ball ends aligned so the holes are straight up! Everyone knows that's critical to a good sounding bass!!!![]()
Joe, I like your minute attention to detail. They have medicine for that, you know.![]()

HA! You bet, Johnny! It's all in fun, but I dare you to challenge him to align his tuning keys in a straight line while in tune. That might drive him over the edge.Gary, I'll tell you a story or two sometime over lunch.
I haven't looked, but I'd almost wager the string eyelets on Joe's road worm bass are aligned +/- 1 degree.

It also relieves an audience from being blinded by the reflection from the stage lights. But wait, are you accepting the challenge, Joe? You could be the first to ever accomplish this seemingly impossible feat.Oh trust me, it can be done! But I prefer that all the tuning keys be exactly perpendicular to the head stock so there's adequate space between each tuner .........![]()
