Wow! I was so busy finding the "X" at the upper RH corner (after seeing the previous posts) that I missed this one!:D

The SIT strings feel and sound great Ray! Very close to my beloved Roscoe D'Addario's. I just can't stop smiling about the set-up of the bass! :):):)

Yeah, showed up today. I got it to tide me over until my Century is finished. I just need to get some Sunbeams to put on it...flats are for my Rob Allens.

fwiw, I really liked the SITs that were on the LG. If my local store had them I'd pick up a set to put on this one.

I've lusted for my first Roscoe for over three years.
I say first, becuse after my fretless.
How can you not have a fretted.
I got Roscoe fever. JOY !!!!!

Standard length SIT strings will not work on a Roscoe. They're too short. If you want to grab a set of those you'll have to call the dude you bought the LG from.:smug: He buys special order sets that will fit Roscoes scale length.;)
