Beautiful! I just picked up the same one, but it's only a 4 string. still sounds like a beast though
going to have to renounce my membership... Selling the C5. Bummed about it, but I can't hold onto every bass I've ever bought..
I just picked up a "pre-owned", but unplayed, white Diamond P Bass four string. Paid all of $200 for it, Schecter hard case and all. The guy I bought it from runs a major recording studio and said that Schecter sent this to him for a particular artist to use on a few songs. The guy was either uninterested or used something else, so the bass became available. $200 and this is one of the most perfectly set up basses I've ever played. It rocks!

Can't recall if I've posted these in previous incarnations of this thread but here goes. My two lefty Schecter basses:

All y'all - I'm going to pre-emptively step in right here to forestall any discussion as to whether an instrument sometimes referred to as a baritone guitar qualifies as a 'bass'...it's been argued before in various parts of this forum, caused a few bans to come down as a result of those 'spirited' discussions, and ISN'T going to happen here, RIGHT?Hellcat VI
iamthebassman...do you want a number? The 'T' definitely qualifies you (as I neatly sidestep the whole issue mentioned above).
I'm more interested in knowing if they are leftys strung righty and played lefty or upside down righty. Oh yeah, the hellcat is a BASS VI not a baritone. Just sayin'.
Straps indicate played lefty and strung righty. And, I don't care what you play or how you play it.... Just as long as you play. Heck I even play one of those six string piccolo basses from time to time.

Yep, left-handed. I play strung righty because I learned on an upside-down righty bass. Not at all uncommon in the lefty bass and guitar world.

More Schecter talk? How about them knobs? 
I don't know if the way the blend knob operates is specific to Schecter, but I really like having one knob to control both pickups. It seems like it's much easier to adjust things on the fly, or mid-song, without having to worry about a lever or a pedal or what ever else to do it.
Do you giggers out there find this set up is helpful?
