Well,received the white Model T today. Other than the cosmetics,it plays real well. The pickups are much hotter than the Basslines,on the other Model T. It has a real nice polyurethane finish,on the neck,and the stripe up the back of the neck. Don't know why the serial# is different, than the one I have,that says S.Korea? It is a used bass,overall pretty good shape,intonation had to adjust E string,rest were right on. Probably replace pick guard,with B/W/B. Will try to get more my own pictures,on here later.

I didn't realize Doug Pinnick (Kings X) has gone to Schecter Basses. Seeing pics of him all over playing Model T's and a Baron. Pretty cool...

Schecter #3 finally showed up today! I ordered this on the 8th and was getting Nervous! She is a Beauty. My Pics don't do much justice anyway, but Dang.... Here is my new Stiletto Studio 4 Fretless!

Well, I went and done it. Again.

I have been looking for Schecter 5 string Outside of the Stiletto, or Riot, realm. Something different. I was HOPING to stumble across a Robert Deleo Signature 5, but I have have not managed that one, Yet. So, I have been watching the internet like a Hawk for a couple months without much luck. I stumbled on something I hadn't seen but once before. I managed to get some questions answered on it this morning and just paid for one. I am Excited! The only real info I could come up with is here SOLD - Schecter Diamond Series California Custom J 5 string | TalkBass.com in this Old thread.

Other than that, they are in Schecter's 2004 catalog listed in the Vault on their website.

They are similar...I rather the cream binding and bridge to that on the Hellraiser series. Maybe down the road I may swap out the standard Schecter pickups & active EQ to EMG pickups & a BTS preamp system....who knows!

Guys, someone got his hands on this one yet? It looks friggin tastic, the specs, the shape, everything is awesome!
Swamp ash body, 6 bolt-on, maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rod, graph tech XL Black Tusq nut, seymour duncan quarter pound, active seymour duncan 2-Band 'STC-2S-B0' EQ, Grover tuners...really amazing package! No reviews yet, surely cause it's still fresh

are these noisy? other than that, this is my perfect jazz

I have never owned noisy Duncan electronics, myself. So, I can't imagine they are. Would Love to hear a review myself.

After talking with one of the customer service reps,at Schecter. I feel better about the Model T,I just bought off,of Ebay. The person I talked,to at Schecter,said the one I had was an older Schecter,and certain things would be different,than the newer Model T. Other than the pickguard needing to be replaced,feeling better.

The technician,at Schecter seemed to think,it is from the way I described it to him. He told me to hang on to it. He told me,the only difference,was the EMG pickups. So I think it is,Deleo from what He said.

No,but the serial # doesn't have S.Korea symbol,on the back,like my tobacco has. So don't know for sure if it is a Deleo signature Model T? But after talkiing to Schecter people,I feel better.
