I'd like to hear it recorded a little better, I bet it's awesome.
It's awesome standing within the first 6 feet in front of it. After that it loses that bassy quality and just sounds like a guitar. :scowl:
slinkp said:Maybe. It is, as has been noted, a fairly dark-sounding cab.
I find mine likes some midrange boost on the EQ.
Well my head is very bright sounding. I usually run it with the treble at 0, and it's still very bright.

the cab is rated to 1000 watts RMS.
Well, that's the thing. With lots of cabs I use it with, if I turn the bass up too much, it makes the cabs fart out, regardless of how much power it's rated at. Granted, this is usually with the head dimed, but I remember reading that when lemmy plays with his dimed superbasses, he uses 0 bass, 10 mid, & 0 treble. Also, when my head's with the master on 10, alot more low end gets introduced into the signal, but it doesn't go very far out. I'm hoping the schroeders, with the semi-folded horn design will disperse it more. Usually, I can get to 2 on the bass control, but at that point, the cab itself is vibrating & oscillating like hell, there's almost too much low end (still won't project at all) and any higher, and the drivers start farting. Could the farting be a problem with my head?
