The 'holy grail' pictured above is a Matchless Thunderman, an all tube 45-watt flip top bass amp made in the mid 90's by the original Matchless amplifier company.
It's structurally similar to the old Ampeg B-15 flip-top amps, as the head unlatches from the body, and can be flipped over (with electronics inside the closed back cab), latched down, and ready to be moved. Amp lights up when turned on, and the controls are backlit when the standby is turned off, which make adjustment on a darkened stage simple.
Controls include treble, bass, brilliance (presence), volume, and sensitivity. It also has an internal compressor. It has a single 15" Matchless custom design speaker, but it also has two speaker outs (and a big chicken head knob to switch from 4, 8, and 16 ohms). And there is also a passive effects loop. My ONLY complaint is there is no balanced output.
The whole amp is very cool (including the gold plated hardware!) but the strength is the TONE. Deepest, richest purest tone you've ever heard! Its a very rare, top dollar unit, but it may be the last amp you'll ever buy. (nah, that can't be right - why, I'm already trying to find a way to justify a Phil Jones Briefcase).

Silverface actualy, there is no "blue face" either Silver or Black... And I do believe it is a Bassman - and I will guess that it's around a 74' or 75'.

Nice Big Bertha man, how does it sound? I really want to try one of those out, I love the look, and I think if I ran an Eden head into it I might just get a sound I like.

OK, just got the 210Neo cab today via FedEx. Painted the grill silver as well. I was going to go out and buy speaker cable for it, but then my dad told me I'm not allowed to use both at the same time and I'm not allowed to buy a second cable.
So I haven't heard both at the same time yet. But once I can use this baby outside my house, I can buy the second cable. I will get to gig with it at the end of august.

I'm actually going to be out of town (without my bass and rig) for a MONTH, starting wednesday (tomorrow) night. There's no point in getting it now anyway, I'll wait until I get back. I'm going to miss my stuff.

Oh yeah, once I do get my speaker cable, how do I use both cabs? There are two 1/4" outputs on my amp head. Do I use an output for each cab or do I daisy chain them together using only one of the outputs?

Ouch...that's brutal...
You need to learn to play the melody to your Mom's favorite song (or your parent's special song if they have one) on your bass and convince them that it would sound "even better" if you could play through both cabinets and allow the beautiful lows of the 2x12 to combine with the present mids and highs of the 2x10.
That should send them running out and get you what ever cable you want.

As far as cost goes, It was about $6,000 Australian..... It hurts just thinking about it but the tooooone!!!!!!! My GAS is cured for now anyway and I can get on with playing!
