Cool, I got two sets of twins, sorta...
Don’t know how I forgot to post these twins:
On the left is my first bass, a 1977 Ibanez 2626B Artist Bass, converted to fretless. I got it for my birthday in 1991. On the right is its literal twin, an all original 1977 Artist Bass I bought from the widower of the original owner in 2019.
And they have sequential serial numbers.

I have an obsession for wood. The musical kind.
I have many similar instruments (most of them, not basses). So, I went back and re-read the O.P. to make sure I would get it right.
I only have two instruments which qualify (and I think they struck the mark, near)
Both are from 1993 and both are this company's try at duplicating Fender products (and for my money, they come pretty close); a "P-Bass" and a "Jazz"
Same year. Same "finish". Same manufacturer.
There is a third which was made. They were called "PowerBass" (A P/J configuration). I would love to get my hands on one, but it is almost impossible to find one in decent shape in white (There's one very yellow one on Reverb, right now).
