There is alot of open room inside the 6.0 box.. the modules are not that large.. I have seen many amps that are crammed tight inside top to bottom side to side, with nowhere to work .. but the 6.0 has some wide open spaces in there. ... so going to a larger power module does not seam all that off base in my opinion...
And like i have noticed my 6.0 that even when i run it real hard at 4 ohms on a hot summer day outside....
The chassis remains cool or equal to ambient air temp. there is no perceivable temperature rise....
My old TF550B would get egg cooking hot on the output air vents and sides... I often worried about that amp un-soldering itself at times..
On indoor gigs the 6.0 actually feel cool to the touch.. Class D is alien technology..
