I usually get levi's at those shops.. do the classes punk rock worn in look on the jeans. found some 80's hats and cowboy hats.. never find leather jackets those are market place.. but I did fine casiotone sk-1 and mt-10 for cheap.. found a few korean squier II on market place.. but mostly shop reverb and ebay..

The bassist in a friend’s punk band back in the 90s actually gigged with the prior model, a Crate B60, for quite a while. He had to crank it to be heard, which dirtied the sound up in a way that sounded appropriate for the band. It never blew the speaker or had any problems other than the speaker output jack got intermittent, and the guy’s solution was to shove a crunched up Milwaukee’s Best can under it to keep pressure on it. Also appropriate for that band.

Nice! A Crate BX-15 was the practice amp I first got when I was starting out in early 1994. A lot of magazines said that Crate bass amps sounded cold, contained, or boxy, but I dug the sound out of my Crate. Nice little amp, it was. Surprisingly sturdy too.

I have the earlier B10XL sitting in my basement under the workbench. I used to use it as a DI/monitor when playing in church back in the 90s. I think I paid $40 for it. Crate deserves more respect, they rival Peavey for OK sound/high reliability/cheap used prices in my experience.
