Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

I feel like I should know this by now, but is it possible to set a One Series pedal to be on when powered-up? Finally got the board rewired for power, sure would be nice to "set and forget" the LA Lady (Aftershock is good as is :bassist:)
Yup! Go to hardware options in the app. Last item is power on state.
Try doing that with a $250 boutique overdrive pedal!

Thanks, i knew SA wouldn't let me down

Boutique overdrive pedal? What's that for? Between the Aftershock, LA Lady and Bass OFD, all my drive needs (main board and small rock trio board) are now literally completely covered :bassist:

Dare I say......I think some of the barriers to digital dirt are beginning to fall down!

And....I will add......the bass players here in TB land have been leading the way!

I post on TGP too and that's the only excuse I ever hear for people not wanting to try the One Series dirts  It's their loss, plain and simple.

Really hoping to have a demo video of my main board ready this weekend, the "digi dirt" stigma has been around long enough

Hey @rsmith601, I'm trying to add a Multi Wave in port 5 of my Hub, but it isn't showing up in the manager. Refreshing the Connected Devices doesn't remedy this. The pedal is connected to the Hub, everything is powered up, and the pedal works just fine. Not sure what to do next. Any ideas?

Glad I found this thread and subbed.

The effects bug has gotten to me after a long time of playing and I recently built my own pedal board. I have a pedal tuner, and a couple of other crappy pedals. The samples I've heard sound great and the pedals seem like good value. I've been eyeing this:

Source Audio Soundblox 2 Multi Wave Bass Distortion

This is the first main quality pedal I'll be buying and I'm looking for distortion first. Anything that can go from a subtle fuzz to extremely ANGRY sounding - think of the meanest sound you could muster. Being very angry sounding is extremely important to me with this pedal. I play in a hard rock alternative jam band in the style of RATM with some Pearl Jam sounding songs in between. BTW, I did watch the youtube demo, but didn't hear anything super angry sounding.

Seems like this is the right pedal for me but any advice and opinions would be great. Perhaps a complimentary pedal to fill in my board after distortion also.

The Multi Wave is a great synthy distortion, but the OFD might suit you better for the music you're playing.

Ok, disregard, I'm a colossal idiot. Was using the Multi Function *Out* instead of the In. Let the ball busting commence.
Pretty sure we've all done this or something similar at some point.

When I first got the Lunar, I thought it was broke because the foot switch wouldn't engage the effect. I just got the Nemesis which has the soft click less switches, but the Lunar had a more standard type clicking foot switch, so I sat there for who knows how long before I figured out I wasn't pushing in hard enough.

"Is the device plugged in?"

Man, oh, man is this setup fun. Four One series pedals all wired up with the Neuro app up on the iPad.
