The biggest drawback to the One series pedals is the lack of ability to physically manipulate the wealth of settings within. Using the app is nice, but a lot of times a small tweak or adjustments is wanted/needed, and I would love to be able to turn a physical knob and hear the impact. Obviously there are way too many parameters for knobs, and the pedal format is great, but what about a separate unit (probably an upgraded Hub) that has multiple assignable knobs that could be used for any attached One series pedal? You could then have one control device and assign it to whichever connected pedal needs the deeper knob tweaking?
I only had my Aftershock for a brief time, and don't quite remember the functionality of the Neuro App... Do the Neuro editors (both app and desktop) edit in real time? Or do you have to edit and then load the sound to the pedal to hear the difference? That's one thing I really like about the PC editor for the Future Impact, it changes the sound in real time.
And an interesting thought, a Neuro "expansion box."
