I am having the same issue with my iPhone 7 and the lightning dongle. Won’t work.

I’m confused on what kind of plug/adapter/cable y’all are using to get this to work with iPhones?
The dongle that ships with the phone should work. Start with the volume on max. Then back down a few notches if that doesn't work. The blinking little red LED on pedal let's you know when the pedal can hear a command being sent.

iPhone X here so I feel your pain - but you can use a Bluetooth aux adapter dongle with a 1/8” headphone jack with the neuro app. I have this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075JBLGLB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_AsbpDb3R63BV1

Plug the 1/8” part of the neuro cable into that and your not stuck to 3 feet away from your pedal. I think I saw Nathan talking about one and how they added phase inversion to the settings of the app for these type of things.

Also I use it all the time for my little Roland Cube practice amp. The battery life was really really good on it, I used it to rehearse for a sub gig nightly for 3 weeks and never had to charge it. And only a little bit more expensive than apples official lighting/headphone dongle :bored:
That’s a great idea. I actually have one of these in the garage, I’ll have to test this later on. Thanks for that tip!

This thing is amazing. I’m going through all the user shared presets. Tons of awesome stuff in there. Now I just gotta read my manual and learn how to use it better. I think I can get away with 6 presets for now. But I bet if I end up using the C4 for more stuff, I’ll need a HUB. The sounds are endless really. But it’s amazing how many awesome things the C4 can do. It’ll replace the meatbox spot on my board. Best part, there’s actually some sub bass stuff I can do with the C4. Love the filters! Nathan has made some very awesome presets.

Hey @rsmith601, you think the C4 can do a meatbox? I know the meatbox is a pretty unique pedal so I wouldn’t be surprised if it couldn’t quite get there. But it can def do that sorta thing. So much fun in this one little teeny tiny box!!!

This is why I'm hanging on to my Note 9 indefinitely. I was praying Samsung would keep the jack but they finally killed it.
I have a Pixel 3 with no headphone jack, and I hate it. Bluetooth is great for connecting to your car, but headphones?? No.

Yea I wish they’d bring the headphone jack back. I held off as long as I could with an older phone just to keep the jack.

Welcome back to the club :bassist:

In the phone app, toward the bottom. Click on the main section. When you do it comes up with the selection drop-down, but you need to click on the header for the second tab. That sub-tab function has thrown me off a few times. It doesn't matter if you click directly on the Knobs portion of the box, it still has the other tab selected by default.
Ok, just one more question. How do I assign what control 1 and control 2 control? I’m starting to dig into the editor and I can’t seem to find where that info is...
I'm drunk and on my phone and I recognize that this reply may not give you as clear an answer as you need... unfortunately I am not in the proper state to remedy that, so I hope it's good enough to get you on the right track.

It's near the bottom on the desktop app and I assume somewhere near the bottom in the mobile app. Look for some more pull down menus.
