Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

This thing is amazing. I’m going through all the user shared presets. Tons of awesome stuff in there. Now I just gotta read my manual and learn how to use it better. I think I can get away with 6 presets for now. But I bet if I end up using the C4 for more stuff, I’ll need a HUB. The sounds are endless really. But it’s amazing how many awesome things the C4 can do. It’ll replace the meatbox spot on my board. Best part, there’s actually some sub bass stuff I can do with the C4. Love the filters! Nathan has made some very awesome presets.

Hey @rsmith601, you think the C4 can do a meatbox? I know the meatbox is a pretty unique pedal so I wouldn’t be surprised if it couldn’t quite get there. But it can def do that sorta thing. So much fun in this one little teeny tiny box!!!
You might want to consider the DMC Micro for accessing C4 presets. Small and simple. The Hub is a bit more involved.
We don't have a Meatbox. Can't comment.
Have fun!!

Going through some of the available patches, some really great sounds. The tracking is amazing. I wish it were better lower on the neck, but physics. I will say though, it can easily track pitches down to the low B, so it's miles beyond most everything else.

The Neuro desktop app is nice. Is there a way to download a patch to my library and NOT have the app switch focus to the library? It would make it a lot nicer for going through and grabbing a bunch of patches to use later.

Swipe left on the preset for quick options. Awesome shortcut!!

I've been having trouble deciding but after a lot of experimenting I have it after my dirts and Aftershock but right before my delay and reverb.
But if it’s after the dirt, you can’t really get a distorted synth tone, right? You can mix in distorted bass but the synth is always clean. Hmm, maybe keeping them separate could be a good thing.
