By the way, all those order issues reported above were: Strymon power supply output being split too many times, a request for a new feature on the AS, and a user error. Nothing wrong on our end...

After some systematic testing with Jesse, it's clear that the EQ2 issue that I've been facing is being caused by a weird Strymon Power ramp / start up issue. The manifestation here is that the EQ2 using Midi via the DIN cable is more sensitive than other SA pedals that don't have the same connector. So my choices are...change my PSU or wire in a separate power switch for the EQ2 so I can effectively turn it on a few seconds after the Strymon PSU has stabilised.

So my choices are...change my PSU or wire in a separate power switch for the EQ2 so I can effectively turn it on a few seconds after the Strymon PSU has stabilised.

Interesting. I am using a Styrmon power supply too. If I switch power supplies, which ones are best at handling power up conditions on digital pedals like the SA stuff?

Interesting. I have an Eventide/Cioks Powermax/ dc-7 inbound. Currently though I'm running the EQ2 of the SA wall wart on an outlet bar. I would think that would rule out PSU issues in my case.

I am just getting no love from the EQ2 via midi. Jesse has made suggestions but so far I'm picking no fruit. He's busy I know so I'm focusing on other things in the interim.

I just scored a C4 + DAD dmc micro on Thursday and I cannot be happier! I know I'm late to the party, but this pedal just knocked 6 other pedals off my board. Thus.... I have questions, lol...

I spent yesterday creating a couple patches on my PC for my gig today. I wanted to be able to make adjustments on the fly but I was concerned because when I opened the Neuro App on my phone, the listing of patches didn't show the names of the patches I saved to my PC. For example, I saved a patch on my PC to slot 8 and named it "love me twice". That patch just shows up as "user preset 8" in the App on my phone. If I open that patch on the phone App do I have to select "burn" to save it to the Neuro App and then rename it for it to show up as "love me twice"? Or the opposite - when I pull up that slot on the phone app, will no patch be available since it was created on the PC and not the phone App? I haven't tried to open my user patches on my phone yet, I spent hours creating these sounds and I didnt want to lose them. Any info would be great!

All firmware is updated as well.

If you are on the phone and you hit the "burn" button, it will ask you where. You can then select slot 8. If you see the small LED on the pedal blip, then you know the message was received. No, the app will not change. It does not even know if a pedal is connected. Changing it on the phone would be very confusing.

A very pleasant surprise as I managed to luckily land #1! I have been fooling with it for the last hour, some incredible sounds right out of the box! I have, unfortunately, been unable to get the Neuro Mobile App to recognize the pedal. I see presets, they won't click and send to the pedal. I'm working in my living room and could migrate to the desktop if need be, was just hoping to do some quick saves on the fly with the phone first. Got one thing with a nice tremolo going now that pairs super well with a Hall and Swell combo in the Collider. Very briefly tried C4 and Aftershock with it, but that's gonna need to wait. Super happy so far, some far out sounds just in the 6 factory presets and some knob twiddling. Gonna post two quick sounds on Instagram in the next hour or so I hope. Thanks so much to the incredible Source Audio team, led by @rsmith601 , another grand slam!

Not sure the mobile is ready for primetime. The Desktop is fine.
