I just put it back on the board and the knobs ended up in that way in the pic. I’m going to keep exploring the neuro App Library. I just read scuaduba’s review, so it seems to confirm there’s good tone to be had if used properly.

I also think that you have the blend 100% dry, which would explain tbe lack of change to your tone. I definitely find noticeable differences as I try the different presets. Not that I use preset mode too, not WYSIWYG. So when I change presets the knob positions are ignored until I start adjusting them again.
Just uploaded my first Ultrawave patch if anyone wants to lay out some feedback! User is gustobass, patch is called "diode gate/basic + trem".. I think that speaks for itself, more or less! 
The patch as uploaded has no trem effect going on. Turn up the Drive knob for the Trem depth and the Treble knob for the LFO rate. The other knobs are default. Expression pedal controls LFO rate as well. I've used this in a spacey dub jam to cool effect, but the patch is pretty solid without the trem too. Sounds great followed by the Atlas pedal with my "racks / fet>opti" patch. I always have a smidge of onboard bass boost going on so don't be afraid to beef it up.

I'm finally ready to publish my RAT patch for the Ultrawave. I've emulated the RAT II engine from the Aftershock.
My Aftershock patch uses a "RAT II" engine on Ch1 and a "Bass gated Fuzz" on Ch2. I then have the two mix controls mapped to knobs on my Faderfox, so I can mix between them. Unlike the Ultrawave, the Aftershock doesn't have a universal mixer / balance control to blend between the two channels, so I use my fader fox instead.
For me this is my most used RAT style of dirt patch that I like to use and it's great after an octaver for synth vibes. I can dial in the gated element or just the simple dirt element. It's a bright sounding fuzz and it's dynamic too, roll back you bass volume and the RAT engine cleans up nicely. Roll back your bass a lot and push the Drive and Gain controls hard (as you would with a RAT) and it creates some nice tones too.
So mapping this over to the Ultrawave needed some thought. I like RATs, but I tend to gravitate to Muffs more. I like to blend my RATs with a gated fuzz. Or I like my RATs to have a red LED blend option to tame down the silicon diode hard clipping. I've tried to emulate this with my new Ultrawave patch.
I've called the "GMC - RATish and Gated Fuzz". As per my usually, it's got a lot of versatility and options. Channel 1 unmorphed is pretty much the same as the RAT II engine from the Aftershock. Ch1 Morphed is close to a Red LED distortion. I've mapped the sustain Knob (lower left) to Morph Ch1. Use this to blend between a standard RAT and a Turbo RAT.
Channel 2 is the gated fuzz. Unmorphed, we are using the same compression and EQ curves from Ch1 (RAT). But I'm using "6 Diode Gate" and morphing into the stronger "7 Diode Harder Gate" engines. This is mapped to lower right control knob (Treble).
The Remote Expression pedal is mapped to "Balance" which fades between Ch1 (RAT) and Ch2 (Gated Fuzz) really nicely.
I hope you like it and have some fun with it. It will probably work really well for guitarists too...although I haven't tried it yet.

I have similar patch modelled on my C4, but that's currently use! The Chopper / ramp patch really makes this into a Devo-eque 80's synth sound. As I ride out the clip, I start turning off effects, starting with my Lunar (1:28), The Ramp / Chopper patch (1:34), my OC-2 / C4 patch (1:38) leaving just the RATish patch until the end. hopefully you can see where I'm going with this patch and some of the synthy tones I'm looking for and how I like to use a RAT...I'm probably not your usual use case scenario!

So that's my three most used patches on my Aftershock modelled on the the Ultrawave. Now I can think about taking my Aftershock off my board...a day that I never thought would ever happen.

Oh for all the editing i’ve been doing on the ultrawave, and NOT noticing the “input high pass filter” next to the noisegate… Tweaked it on my presets and everything sounded so much better lol
it looks like you've cranked the clean blend knob which would remove the compression part of the circuit altogether.
So I recently bought some one series pedals for my live rig, the C4 synth, the Atlas Compressor and the Aftershock Bass distortion. I love all aspects of these pedals, both how they sound, look and also the fact that there are so many settings to tweak, thankfully everyone in my band knows that I'm both a gear hoarder and an obsessive tweaker. While I was at it I picked up the neuro hub and I also found a used Morningstar MC8.
So now that I'm all good to go I need to figure out the best way to communicate with my devices when out playing.
When I'm at home I connect them all straight to my computer via USB - works great.
At our last gig I connected to them via my macbook m1, a USB C -> 4 socket USB A hub - works great but requires alot of extra gear that I don't usually bring.
From what I understand I have the neuro coupler kit between the pedals) I can communicate with the pedals via the phone jack from my iphone, but since my iphone only has the lightning port I'll need to use a headphone adapter to do it. But do I get two way communication or just one way?
I also seem to remember I can communicate with them from my phone using an apple camera connection kit via the neuro hub/ individual pedals? Do I get two way communication here or is it still one way?
If none of the above do it, is there any way I will get two way communication with all my pedals from my phone or an ipad and with what adapter? And if I can, will it be via the neuro couplers or from the neuro hub via the trrs cables? or do I need a laptop to do this?
I just want to know so I can travel as light as possible. I mainly need to be able to do this a few times until everything is setup with levels through the PA, it's a bit different than trying to do it at home with head phones.
A big thanks to both the community for the great presets and to all creators of these awesome pedals for not only making them, but also staying in touch with and helping/guiding all of us on our one path!

Two-way communication with an iPhone will require an Apple Camera Kit adaptor and a USB cable from the C4 and Atlas. Not sure if the Aftershock is capable of this. Also you’ll only be able to adjust one pedal at a time (I believe one-way communication via stereo 1/4” cable to headphone adaptor can adjust multiple pedals in a line by linking the second inputs with TRS cables)

I actually find the C4 manual to be pretty great, but given how much these things are capable and how it changes with firmware updates (the 2-way communication with the phone app is a pretty recent update, basically just making it match with the Desktop app a little closer) it is hard to get all the info easily explained. Fortunately Source Audio seems very responsive to questions both here (and other forums) and through email
I think the manuals are very well written, but I can also understand why they cant fit everything in there. Im thinking more of a resource for the things that arent in the manual, or got added by fw updates. Anyway, I’m so far very impressed, will post pic later.
I have an Aftershock coming. I have no hub or other SA pedals. Can anyone confirm whether the AS can do two-way communication with an iOS device?

Just want to confirm, on the older small One Series the ONLY way to get 2-way communication is from the USB mini port to a desktop computer. Unfortauently they do not support USB support over mobile.
