My shiny new Hub has just arrived in a rather loud (and far too large) pink and white box that couldn’t be hidden from the wife. Whoops! The good news though is that it came with a full contingent of five TRRS cables. Exciting times ahead!

Always a bit sweaty when the delivery doesn't come when the Mrs is out at work..... The extra tension re arrival time adds to the buzz of getting a new pedal/product though....

@rsmith601 Is there a specific brand/model of soft-click footswitch you would recommend if a person was wanting to swap switches on an SA One Series pedal?

Just ordered a used Lunar Phaser off the verb any tips or clues on how to best use it.

I do not have a DC7, but I believe each output at 9v does >500mA. The One Series pedals (like Lunar, C4, Aftershock) have a draw of 150mA so you should be good.
@Gibs210 - I tried connecting directly and through the hub with the same result. I also tried uninstalling and removing all temp, cache and registry data related to Neuro before reinstalling with no luck. I've used this same computer for a couple of years without issues, but *think* that I may not have used the newest version of the Neuro Desktop to edit any pedals. It's been several months since I did so. I see in the release notes that the newest version made changes to the way USB connections were handled, and mine freezes the instant I plug in the USB and not before. Is it possible to send me a link to a prior version of Neuro to see if the error is caused by the changes made to current version are causing some kind of incompatibility?
Anyone have experience using a dmc.micro pro to control a neuro hub? I'm looking at a used dmc and am thinking I can replace my midi mouse and use it to send PC messages to the neuro to switch scenes. I'm not clear from the DAD documentation though exactly how the two footswitches would work. In this case would it be just PC up and PC down? Any way to quickly scroll through neuro presets and then activating the one I want (this is how I use the Midi mouse)? Also, any idea if I can create preset names to show on the dmc screen for all 128 neuro scenes? Or does the naming only work if I set them up as a dmc preset?
USB cable compatibility? Not all USB cables are the same. Again you may have some fried ports on the hub.
I've been using the original DMC.micro with the C4 for years. Now that I'm going to a mostly MIDI board and have the neuro hub plus additional SA pedals I was wondering if I could use the DMC.micro to control and see the scene setting as well as send MIDI commands from Setlist Maker.
I see that DAD has a separate document now for the supported devices with some info on the settings at: Supported Devices — Disaster Area Designs I also see that the newer DMC.micro Pro allows adding names to each setting whereas the original one doesn't have the display to do it.
So I just need to find out if the hub scene can be set manually and also be set remotely by a tablet running Setlist Maker with a visual verification of the remote setting on the DMC.micro display. Probably not but if anyone has tried that it would be good to hear what the results were.
I'm not too familiar with brands of hardware, but our soft-click switch will work as well as Strymon's (though the Strymon might need to be soldered in, not sure if they include the PCB connector or not). We can send you one of our soft click switches if you'd like, email me at [email protected]
