I was fortunate enough to get a Utility Knife as a Christmas gift!!!!

Can't wait to use it at practice this week, and looking forward to a gig coming up.

Shameless plug: My dual Fifth Gear continues to be one of my favourite and most essential pedals. I can't imagine existing with out it.

I searched through a handful of threads and didn't see anything on this...

I have a earlier, shorter version of the Fifth Gear V2 (1590B?). Can this be safely run at 12 or 18V for added headroom or will I see smoke?

I'd avoid it. Doubt there will be smoke, but there won't be any headroom improvements.
