I been taking pictures so I can put 3 basses up for sale. Nothing anyone in here would be interested in however. Together the 3 should at least make up one of my upcoming payments

I have nothing to sell except my first SPECTOR bass, Legend 4 Classic BlackCherry...

I am looking for something powerful but light weight.

I was looking at the GK MB210 Combo

but I also just became very interested in the Ampeg SVT210AV & Micro Head
Ampeg: Classic Series -MICRO-VR Stack

Has anyone had personal experience with either one of these or have different suggestion?

Needs to light weight since I shouldnt be lifting anything too heavy.

I think the Micro VR Stack is awesome. I've never played one myself, but it's supposed to do a really good job of getting the (full-sized) SVT sound in a much smaller and lighter package. From what i've read, the PF350 and the SVT VR have the same electronics. The PF500 that Ice has is also REALLY nice. I was considering getting one for a long time. They're very versatile, too.

If you'd play your Forte through the Ampeg VR, you'll be very happy with how it sounds and feels!! I tried it in a store and immediately had that "oh wow" smile on my face.
This was one of the reasons why I switched to the Ampeg rig I now have. Like Spectors have their own "growl" I feel, to my ears at least, that Ampeg has a certain "punch" to them.

It's my humble opinion that the classic 1980's SPECTOR sound that I know I fell in love with is best represented by playing your SPECTOR through an Ampeg amp. I had an SVT4 (it was being stored here for a friend who was traveling and now it's gone home to its owner...) and that was the deal for me. My NS-4 was magical through that head.

SPECTOR + Ampeg = classic growly 1980's tone.
