AWESOME!!! :bassist: I have an SVP-PRO arriving tomorrow. I can't wait for that warm, tubey ampeg goodness!

Spector + Ampeg, the ultimate tone monster! :bassist:

I had an SVT with a 8-10 with my NS-2A back when I played full time, never have been able to find anything that sounds like that, so I am looking forward to see what my NS-4 sounds like through my new Heritage SVT with the Heritage 8-10. 2 1/2 hours and counting!

I have to say, whoever created the Spector Bass group on Facebook really needs a pat on the back for a great idea. It's really cool interacting with everyone on there and just makes it a more personal experience since we all pretty much know each other's names now :)

Yup, one more good idea to take me away from time I probably should be practicing...

Agreed on all points! :)

I know right?! Yeah that was Jaymi. Great call. One thing I think we should do is have some sort of a "handle cheat sheet". It's cool because guys like grendle have their green bass as an avatar and I can put two and two together. But I don't know the real names of most.

Hi, I'm Lee aka. husky123 and this is my avatar:eyebrow:

Uh, I think mine is pretty easy to get. :-)

Here some pics of my new Forte 5 that arrived today from Woodstock, NY! Taken with my iPhone they look good! I took some with my other camera but will need to download to my laptop and post tomorrow.

The wait worth will be it (Yoda...)

Definitely it will be worth the wait, it's just ridiculous that it took a week for the thing to finally get shipped, and is taking almost a week to get here from the east coast for $75 shipping!

I've shipped a bass USPS packed up real nice from here to the east coast for $30 and it got there in 4 business days from when I shipped it (which was just before the post office closed)

Nice! Congrats man, how does it sound?

Thanks Chris! This has a lot better piece of wood on it than my Forte 5! Wow! The FB has deeper, richer colors.
It just arrived 30 minutes ago. I'm letting "Angel" warm up a little first. It's only mid 30's here in Michigan today. Lol can't wait to plug it in and play! Isn't there an old rule that you have to wait for 60 mins after eating before playing your bass?!?! Lol;)
