I loved Pantera. I think it would be cool if Zakk was going to do it because I know he would be respectful and do it as a tribute, not make it about trying to take Dime's place. I also think it is all about Vinnie if its going to happen, but man, if we are talking Rex and Vinnie playing those Pantera tuned again, I will the first in line.

My thinking exactly. I used to go see them every time they rolled through the Roseland Ballroom in NYC. They were brutal and awesome every single time. I think Zakk would do it properly.

I am a relatively new (month or so) Spector owner, but wow! The tone and craftsmanship is killer on these.

I want to hate my beastly Forte 5 with it's baseball bat neck and crazy heavy 11.7 weight.... But I can't! It is just too damned great a bass! Also, ergonomicly, it feels perfect!

I had light DR Hi Beams (40-120 which is an odd combination as most DR lite sets are 40-125) on my MTD and they sounded/felt amazing!

So what all of you that play lights are saying is they're more flexible, looser, and they bring out a different tone from the bass?

Negative? I wouldn't use a pick on a 34" 5er and if you have a very heavy attack, you might get lots of buzz.

Ok I'm now bummed, I took my son upstairs for his nap and when I came down stairs I thought I heard a truck. So I said must be Fedex with the pre I ordered. Yeah... well looked outside and he was driving away. Opened the door and he had the little sticker on it. ***.... He didn't even ring the doorbell. So I call the Fedex and told them what was up and they said got to wait till tomorrow. I think I'm gonna give him a good kick in the teeth. That really sucks lol

I know how that feels, so I tried something new.

Today, I was in my basement and can't hear the doorbell, so I left a note for the UPS guy on a Post It and said "UPS, Please leave shipment 1ZX.... at the door. Here is my signature." I signed it and dated it. I went upstairs at one point, opened the door, and there it was, just sitting there. Surprised the s*%$ out of me!

Since we live in the sticks, small town etc...UPS just drops at the door and goes...sometimes not the right door though. Lol One time I was waiting for a package for our business, 3 months later my summertime neighbor next door brings me the pkg! It was sitting in their house! Their front door was unlocked and the driver opened the door and dropped and left.

Ok, there are too many good Spectors up....Im considering posting my Wick SS2 fiver to buy the right pair of Spectors..........Im not so sure I want to do this but a couple people are actually looking for this in the wanteds...........ugh

Without Diamond.....It wont be the same....Him and Phil are the 2 that can't be replaced.

I don't think I'd be the same... But if it were me... I'd be therapeutic to do one last show. Doesn't matter what the fans want at that point... They've proved enough and I'd be a shame if theyre left with "I wish I would have" thoughts.
