It's about 10 years that I own this fantastic NS-95 fretless, can I have a number? I also had a twin in red fretted, sold some year ago to a student of mine. Thank you!!

Going to use this TransTint Cordovan color with Tung-oil finish

Brother Coop has inspired me. Haven't refinished anything in a long time. I got this beautiful Euro from one of the finest guys in the TB community, Jeffplaysbass. The sensible thing to do is to leave it alone, as its quite beautiful the way it is. I've become a huge fan of matte finishes.Never been too sensible. so I'm gonna go for it.

At this years NAMM, I was struck by this matte finish, Burgundy Mist.

So that's the plan. The solid brass bridge will get the black oxide treatment. And the tuning machines in black of course. USA 9V pre and it should be nice.

I always have to consider your wishes. You might own it someday . The fretboard is definitely staying as is.

Hi Jamie. I probably will, but only because I'm a glutton for thin necks. This Euro has the thinnest neck of any of the Spectors that I have played. Not Kramer thin, but very close.

Just picked up a TC Electronics Corona Chorus pedal. ^_^
Can't wait to try it on my rig!

I also ordered 2 EMG 40J pickups. I'm going to pair them up with my non-trim tonepump & an 18V mod to see how they sound. If I don't like it, I'll swap the pre for a BQC, I think.

I played it through my NS-2000/5 & a GK112 combo. It's KILLER!! No loss of low end and SOOO much customization room!
