SPECTOR® Club - Part 63

Just received my Spector gig bag. 1st impressions are that it's a steal for $50. Nice padding, a couple different handles, and even some straps if you want to wear it like a backpack. Now I just need a MB500 to put in the pocket for a easy load in mini rig O'doom...............

Anyway, if anyone is looking for a Spector gig bag, don't hesitate these things rock....

+ 1 - Agreed. Got one when I ordered my Rex 5 and it's a great bag for the price, looks sweet too.

Actually. That is the bass you have now if yours is serial number 813.

That bass lived with me for a couple of weeks. And I shot numerous photos of it. Including this one:

The neck on this bass is VERY similar to The Black Pearl's.

It's a great bass. A prime example of why I love the Woodstock Spectors.

When I will grow up there will be a day.....when I will have this bass.

Since it's a new thread (sorta) I figured I'd share the reason for unloading my two NS2a's. In the past 3 or 4 months I scored a couple of good deals....I haven't checked the years yet, but here they are:

Fortunately the price was right and for whatever reason you can't feel the peeling while you're playing it. I'm toying around with a refinish.

Enjoy!!

IN! Sure...just as it usually goes for starting a new part...20 minutes after I posted this morning:ninja:

Took "Big Blue" to Crazy Horse & Mt. Rushmore for photo OP today. :bassist: Staying in Keystone tonite...might be an old steam engine ride to...Deadwood with Big Blue tomorrow. :D Every where I take Big Blue out of the HSC Spector case people stop to stare. pics to come shortly.

That's the best MT. Rushmore has ever looked :D

If anyone here in the club is looking for a matte gold euro bridge w/ the matching Schaller m4s with the downward facing screw mounts, PM me. Free to a good home for club members only. ;) These came off of swampy. Some wear in the tuners but everything works fine. Good for those many projects!
