Greetings from Preston UK. I used to own a Euro 5 once and foolishly sold it because, being a noobie to bass, I couldn't tame the damn thing. Here's a pic of it;
Anyways, I've been playing for three and a bit years now and I've been taking lessons so my technique's improved and I thought I'd have another dabble when I saw a nice Repob 5 FM DLX for sale. It was love at first twang so I thought I'd get a Euro LX5 to keep it company. Then I heard about a company in the UK called Reverb who'd bought out Sound Control - who used to sell Spectors in the UK and they were selling a few Euro 5LXs for one third of the usual price so I bought one and love it love it love it.
Here's a pic of it and one with it's brother...

I have the same models as you with the same colors,the only difference is that my Euro 5 is not LX.

So the spalted maple Euro 5 is now in the hands of Basssy. Basssy's Warwick passed through my hands, which in turn was traded to Myusenamehere for his Rebop 5.
It's got a solid quilted maple body, bolt-on neck with crown inlays, EMG 40DC pickups and I'm currently installing the BQC preamp. While I got it apart I'm going to see if I can't buff out some of the scratches. I'll get some "after" pics up when it's all back together but here it is before:

If I knew the Birmingham store was open on the Sunday, I would have probably ordered that bass you got, or the other Cherry one.
Yours has nicer flame than mine. I would have too many red instruments if I got one of the black cherry ones though.

Man, I really was a Euro 6 LX. There was actually one on eBay but the seller decided to keep it 
cool, i just got one, she's a beauty, black cherry+gold hardware= hot! Its got the J and soapbar pups too, which i love(if u can find one like that). In fact, I want a number as soon as i can get some picks up(keep forgetting to get some AAA batteries for my digital camera).
