I have downloaded that pic and will have it ready to show, with your permission. It does touch the bridge yeah... I haven't screwed on the covers yet (I don't have screws yet) so I don't know how that will turn out in hum...

I'm planning on getting the screws on Friday. Probably.

Even worse, I live in MÉXICO!!![]()
Yeah, well, I gotta blame Infinitum and their crap a** service... y por qué escribo en Inglés si vives en México?Heeeey I live in Mexico, and I knew about the Matt Freeman bass the moment it came out...the SECOND it came out?
Ok, a few weeks after it came out! It's been awesome!
Please, oh PLEASE, keep us posted. Since I'l use this baby for my "plectrum songs" I'll only be able to put the bridge cover and I really need to know if it causes extra humI'm planning on getting the screws on Friday. Probably.

Hahaha, my bass tech is one of those!! He really tried to convince me not to get a Squier but I couldn't ignore my ears! Also I asked a fellow bassist and he couldn't believe how well constructed those CV's areOK BassAgent, how did you fake the pic of the neck route? You ought to be ashamed of yourself for falsifying it. According to the experts around here, and I defer to them, Squiers' are POS instruments with shoddy construction. For you to disseminate such rubbish and publicly lie that Sqiers' are anything but great heaps o' crap is unconscionable.
P.S Keep that pic handy and throw it up whenever the experts' pontificate.I have downloaded that pic and will have it ready to show, with your permission.

This is a very interesting solution!Great Cliff, I suppose you have a shite standard bent plate bridge on that POS too!
This thing about the CV cover touching the "HM" bridge and increasing hum. Couldn't you put some electrical tape inside the cover where it touches and fix that: no contact, no conductivity. Unless it is caused by induction??? Hmm...![]()
