i'd take option 2, but i have played an M3 through an 810E and it sounded really really good as well. very different from the V4 obviously, it was almost a cross between Ampeg and GK.

Been able to get away with sneaking a couple of Red Fang songs in a local pub. Still able to get free drinks for being one of tonight DJs.

As good as it gets round here. Next time it will be Bongripper if I have the chance. Time to order some albums.

Sounds like a game for me, then. I didn't grow up having any video games, so never really developed any gamer skills, and don't play them enough now to do so. So pretty much almost every game is too hard for me to play without cheating. It's just too frustrating to die pretty much all the time, constantly. Basically, I just suck too bad at games for them to usually be any fun. However, this sounds interesting...

O.k. I read some video game talk. I have wasted too much time playing World of Warcraft. Hell, I even had my wife playing. What a great game. Blizzard keeps updating and it always runs smooth. Everytime you think your getting bored, those bastages change it up and give you something to strive for. I haven't touched it in a couple months. 2 young kids will do that to ya. I also tried Diablo III. It seemed cool for about a week or two. It then became super boring. I like FPS'ers, But since I choke my reflexes every night, getting schooled by 13 year olds isn't that fun.
Also, Askere mentioned "The Buffalo Killers" at the end of the last thread. Great band. My keys player actually went to H.S. with the brothers. The are immensely talented dudes. Love to see them getting recognition. That is all.

I loved Diablo II, one of the few games I had, since I did have a computer.

Diablo III I'm not really into, for a number of reasons.

Muff is on the list of pedals to buy. Just keep getting caught up buying other pedals at the moment! Picked up a second Boss Super Feedbacker/Distortion in the classifieds (I like BORIS).
Next payday I will be getting some kind of Muff. Just gotta find one for good money and decent shipping...

I do need to get back down to Anglesea again soon. Only been there a handful of times but it's always nice. I'll keep an eye on that blog of yours too.

Holy crap. I spent the day dealing with a flooded basement and I find out you dudes blew thru a thread and a half.
I`m going camping after work tomorrow(missing Young Widows in the process) and won`t be back till sunday. I can only imagine how far behind I`ll be when I check back. On the upside I should have a new overdrive pedal by Monday to play with. Snatched a Dark Driving from the classifieds. woo!

Check out some older Eden stuff as well. They're as hi-fi sounding as SWR but can definitely get a little bit more gruff. The M6/M9s are fantastic though.


Also, look out for an EBS head. They aren't very common over this side of the Atlantic but they're like the bastard child of Ampeg and Eden - warm and thick like the Ampegs but you can actually get some of that high-mid attack and presence from the more "modern" amps. And the drive and volume go to 11 (literally). I have the Fafner (former flagship model, replaced by the Fafner II), but every one I've tried has been terrific.
