Yes they are! I had a non pro for a while and played a 2pro and it was weak and anemic.
Weak and anemic are hilarious adjectives for an amp that weighs 70 lbs. Never played one before but that's pretty pathetic.

Those black on black Rippers with the ebony boards are high on my GAS list, and the right G3...must have them

And yet it's true...this one is in a shockmount road case so it's more like 100lbs or better...just a terrible sounding amplifier
I only put them on a carabiner for shows..lol.
I'm probably drinking/smoking/getting rowdy - I don't want to lose my ****.
Though there are a few affordable ones on this page. HAd the same Victory Artist, great bass but a back killer. There is a Ripper for 799, and a few Les Pauls for decent prices. I like that reddish-orange Les Paul with the contoured body!!!

My first real bass was a G3. Also had Rippers and Grabbers over the years...seriously underrated basses. My bass collection has dwindled over the years since for whatever reason, most of my paying gigs are on upright. I love my First Act Dehlia, and I also have a black on black/rosewood T-40 that is to die for. I have a pretty nice P Bass with a Fralin 5% overwound pickup and my most recent purchase is a Peavey Palaedium
GREAT sounding bass...still trying to get used to that toothpick of a neck. I like the sound so much I'm considering having a new neck made for it...actually a T-40 neck on the Palaedium would be perfection for me

I can't imagine taking the time to order/pay/wait for a custom bass and then be able to sell it.
i like ritters but he does too much laquered stuff for my taste. give me natural wood baby!
7 grand could buy tons of awesome stuff, not just a bass with enough LEDs to light a small country.
Yeah I think Ritters are awesome but if I had 7 grand I could only spend on gear, I would definitely make it go a lot further than just one bass.
