LOL!! Someone in our little club should put a label together and then all our bands could be on the same label.
Try not to piss off the Pittsburgh bands by taking 90 minutes to load in and out
This will never not infuriate me - bands taking forever to break down/set up. Get your **** up or off as fast as you possibly can. 15 minute changeovers go by fast. You see it mostly with rookie bands; guys putting their guitars in their cases immediately or drummers removing the cymbals and putting them in the case before taking a single drum off stage.

this is a huge pain to me too, as a band who can load in / out in 10 min flat. Don't pack up your cables, and take the strap off of your guitar, just get your **** off the stage, and outside or whatever.
Yeah, a lot of people seem to want to go directly from the stage to the van/truck/transportation. It's faster to go from the stage to side of the stage/wherever else gear can be temporarily stored so that the stage is clear, and then while the next band is setting up and starting, you can get it to the van/truck/whatever.
what ticks me off is bands that assume they can use your gear. I have no problem lending someone my rig if they have a breakdown (unless they are a drunk 14 year old). But don't come to play a show without gear and without asking before hand?!?!?
We have a solution to the slow tear down bands. We use it all the time, and did last week. A band before us just started gabbing to friends, we walked up grabbed what looked like the most expensive guitar and head and said "we'll help. Where do you want this?" Nervous motivation for sure!
However, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND putting your stuff in cases first. Ive seen the consequences of not doing so waaaaay too many times. But I can tear down right AND be off stage in under five with no help.

Yep that usually works. Or I always like to tell them "Move your stuff or I'll move your stuff"
But if ya do it all friendly like then they dont think we're bein' weenies and we're just nice helpful guys. It really helps if you can stumble over a cord with said gear in hand. 
Yeah I try not to come off as a dick. I mean I wouldn't want anyone moving my stuff with out my consent.
On the sharing gear thing we were out of town once and playing with some guys that were local to where we were. They needed a drum set. So my drummer says fine. "Do you have cymbals and a snare?" Nope. "Ehh ok" guy comes up after 5 min "Do you have any sticks?" Drummer went off on him at that point.

beebass- what ohm rating will your 6x12's be? i've always found speakers in multiples of three to be weird for... i've never been able to figure out how to fit it to 2, 4, or 8 ohms.
Wait, the local band asked the out-of-town band for gear? 
I have a simple rule: off stage in 5. Not necessarily broken down, but cleared off stage. That gives 10 minutes for the next band to set up and do their thing.

every show ive played Ive had my gear off the stage within about 4-5 min. I always end up helping everyone else. most guitarist ive played with take forever! Like there vintage boss pedal is gonna break if its not babied into a case??
