There is a dude in town that's been trying to sell an Epi Flying v for $800 signed by Lenny Kravitz. If only I could have both.
If you got the V and the amp, I'm pretty sure you would start being mistaken for Lenny in public.
That guy needs the self face-palm kit, badly.
It doesn't even come with anything that says he used it. Sure buddy, i'll give ya 3 grand for something that costs under $100. Best marketing strategy ever.
Do any of you guys play out of carvin cabs. I was going to get an ampeg 810, but a white Carvin 810 sounds like a killer deal at $679 shipped.
I don't, but saw a friend's band and he was using one (a little 2x10 for a not loud gig) and it sounded pretty darn good to me.
I like my old redline's but I played a 4pro thru a newer carvin 810 and it was less then desirable. I prefer the Ampeg 810.
There were hot pants / fishnets, too. Just quite the evening over all. Being a burlesque dancer for halloween when you're a giant fat white guy is awesome.
