Especially when they were designed by Elijah Wood & Zach Cowie

I always wonder what "designed by" in those situations means. Obviously an actor/famous person isn't a marketing team studying trends so do they actually really say much?

I always picture said famous person in a white fluffy robe sipping a mimosa and a guy running up with a picture of said product and the guy just agrees and dismisses it with a hand wave.

Your comparison between the BB and GS is pretty accurate. I feel like the GS is a little more swiss army knife, whereas the BB tone is a little more baked in. They come pretty close to the same tonal space. Not many people say they like one but not the other. The GS is more readily available, so if you can't get your hands on a BB, the GS is a great option and I'd say they're probably neck and neck as far as muffs go and the "winner" is going to come down to personal preference. I don't think you can lose with either.

No experience with the other pedals, sorry! Somehow I got lucky and the Bluebeard was the first muff I purchased early into my bass career, and I've never felt the need to look elsewhere :)

Killer! So sounds like I'm pretty damn close with my Bubble Font already. Will be sure to test out a new pedal from a place with a good return policy.

I do quite like the gain on my GK 700RB-II as an "always on" sort of thing. Just been trying different things lately in that never ending search for the holy grail of tone, which of course only exists for a couple months. :mad:

Haha, Yea, I was starting to suspect I may have had one breached, or something. However, I gotta go see the Gastro-intestinal specialist to see what the heck was up with all that. Still feeling a bit nauseous, frail and all, got Me kind of scared to eat anything much till I know what's up. Hell of a motivation to go on a diet, I tell Ya.

The other day I was trying to retrieve something metal, or plastic, stuck in my garbage disposal. Always scared to **** some little neighbor kid is going to come screaming by and turn the disposal on; For some FVCK ALL reason, my switch for it is at hip height and about 10" off center of the disposal.

Long story, short; When trying to reach your hand inside of the solid metal ring of the entrance of the disposal, you're bound to get stuck. My trick; relax your hand, and do a weird point down through your middle finger. Your hand unflexes and moves through the circle. Great for fisting play.

We've both had dick garbage disposals this week then. And where do you live that a neighbors kid can get in your kitchen?

Pro tip: Unplug the fuucker before you cram your hand in there.

Cool, at first glance I'd thought it was gonna be some supersized enclosure (something that'll eat a lot of pedal board real-estate). Sounds like it's gonna be an awesome pedal, I'd go crazy with all that in one box. I'd bet a "gut shot" of it when everything's done is gonna be really impressive.
